They are soooo friendly here!!! The AM lady always brings our drinks to our table (we are old). All SB should be like this one. Inside Target
I frequently come to the Starbucks before work . I ordered white mocha, Horchata syrup and Caramel. My drink came with non white mocha sauce and nothing else. And the worker continuously told me that they only had chocolate syrup and when it remake my drink
Incorrect hours listed online. Wasted time driving out of there. They were closed before 8:30 so I'd assume they close at 8 and not 9 on week nights.
Took forever with my online order, didn’t get me or my friend’s orders right. Employee Claire was extremely rude, and did not give me ice in my ice water. Upon requesting ice, she sighed and rolled her eyes. Also she literally made me confirm that I had already purchased something just to order a water. Customers were also very unpleasant, openly laughing and talking about me and my friend. Overall very negative environment, terrible customer service, rude and lazy staff.
