Just so you know, your employees were talking trash about someone named Laura or Lauren right in front of customers. When I walked up to the counter, they literally said "just one moment please" so they could continue talking before helping me. And after they took my order they proceeded to talk trash about Lauren while making my drink. Soooo unprofessional. If you're going to do that, wait until nobody is around.
