Good attitude
Clean friendly service
Possibly the worst experience we've ever had at a Starbucks. Ordered ahead, and they didn't even start making our drinks until 10 minutes after the given pick up time. Finally received our order in full after 15 minutes of waiting, only to realize two of the drinks were made incorrectly.
Not sure when I had better customer service. Rhiana's outstanding kindness to my daughter and I today is the type that will not only have me driving out of my way to come to this particular Starbucks, but it gave me hope for humanity. It was that impactful! My daughter was truly so touched. Thank you Rhiana. From the bottom of our hearts!! We were having a mother/daughter moment and you made it SO nice!!
