The lady that worked today was amazing! She was about to close but still hooked us up anyway!!!!
I have lost two lunch breaks to incorrect wait times on the app. The staff are more interested in chatting then working. There was a 10 min span of time where they didn't put out a single drink with 20 plus people waiting for a their order.
Only order if you are okay waiting an hour or more for your drink. I ordered a plain iced coffee and spent my entire lunch shift and then some waiting for them to pour the premade coffee into a cup with ice. Never got the drink. In person orders should be prioritized over peoole who order online and are able to pick it up whenever they want as we do not all have that luxury.
The staff on nights are definitely distracted, things take a lot longer to get with less people ordering because they are unorganized. Also unsanitary, every time I go I see people wiping their nose and touching lids or coughing, hair is always down and sometimes in drinks. Sanitation is a huge let down for this location. I mean every time I come someone is touching their nose I had to get a new lid because the young man wiped his nose with his hand 5 times just while I was standing there.
