Since the renovation, this cafe has only worsened. The coffee tastes burnt and sour, and the staff is stingy with milk—frothing it only to scoop the foam into the cup with a spoon, which is definitely not how a cappuccino should be made. The estimated preparation times for orders are never accurate anymore. The lady that worked today was amazing! She was about to close but still hooked us up anyway!!!!
I have lost two lunch breaks to incorrect wait times on the app. The staff are more interested in chatting then working. There was a 10 min span of time where they didn't put out a single drink with 20 plus people waiting for a their order.
