Beyond inconsistent!
I work nights and I need to get coffee from here as the only option. It is pretty consistently terrible. But I can usually add enough sugar and milk to make it tolerable. The final straw came when I ordered hot coffee and it was room temp. I also noticed that many of the other colored sweet drinks they have were all just sitting out on the counter. This is definitely a great way to get people sick. I will never get coffee from here again. The plain coffee consistently tastes like burnt plastic gas station coffee.
Staff is always friendly
The staff here performs absolute caffeine triage. They processed my Code Green (a six-scoop matcha, nonfat, no foam, no classic syrup) with more precision than a surgical robot. It's the only place on campus where a 7:57 am emergency is met with calm efficiency and zero judgment about your drink modifications.
