Nice staff!
Just a simple Starbucks, sane as always. Parking and drive thru situation gets really bad in the morning, really needs to be fixed.
I like the environment and the people that work here. I think they are very friendly and that this location is doing well. However the quality of drinks is inconsistent. It usually depends on who makes it, but the important thing here that I feel is lacking is listening to the customer with intent. For the price, the effort should be higher.
The barista gave our order to the car in front of us. When the car gave it back they tried to hand it to us still even though it had been in someone else's car. When I asked if that was the same one the car before us handed back they realized their error and remade it, but then they forgot out last drink until I reminded them and they gave me attitude about it. I am only leaving a review because this is against safe serve and I think the location needs retraining on what is and isn't legal to do.
