i’ve genuinely never been here and had my order made right. i never say anything to the workers but it’s getting ridiculous. the drink i order has the measurements of how much milk i order on the sticker yet every time they put the wrong amount, and nobody is friendly either. i used to have no issues with this location i don’t know what happened.
Excellent experience at this Starbucks! I was hesitant to go, as I was on a time crunch… but the drive through was handled with efficiency and polite and happy people! It was a Monday morning and I truly appreciate the service. She even gave me a compliment at the window which was just a cherry on top! Great teamwork front Royal Starbucks!
If your app says be ready at 1140 u don’t let the customer wait till 1150. Prioritize the older order should be a common sense
Pleasant coffee shop. Great food, service and a tranquil environment.
Slow and rude service; took forever to get my drink and then was talked to like I was annoying them for asking for a holder. Does not stock Discovery Series mugs
