Sabrina, Elizabeth and Sherry were amazing. We love this Starbucks!
This location routinely struggles to make drinks properly, whether it be menu drinks or custom drinks. Considering it's one of the more expensive Starbucks locations in the area I would expect them to not make as many mistakes.
i’ve genuinely never been here and had my order made right. i never say anything to the workers but it’s getting ridiculous. the drink i order has the measurements of how much milk i order on the sticker yet every time they put the wrong amount, and nobody is friendly either. i used to have no issues with this location i don’t know what happened.
Excellent experience at this Starbucks! I was hesitant to go, as I was on a time crunch… but the drive through was handled with efficiency and polite and happy people! It was a Monday morning and I truly appreciate the service. She even gave me a compliment at the window which was just a cherry on top! Great teamwork front Royal Starbucks!
If your app says be ready at 1140 u don’t let the customer wait till 1150. Prioritize the older order should be a common sense
