Bad attitude and coffee was bad not made properly
A terrible experience here. An incredibly rude lady works here. I came to redeem a birthday treat at this location, and she gave so much attitude and was rude, condescending, slow. I ended up canceling my order and went somewhere else.
Came to get a drink while shopping at Kroger and was "greeted" by a counterstaff (destiny) that didn't look like she wanted to work there. Extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. She also seemed more interested in her cellphone. Save yourself time and frustration and go to another spot to get a drink.
Lady was incredibly rude and slow. Deliberately slow. Taking over 10 for one order. Two people came and went behind me too frustrated. I finally walked off and she even gave me an attitude then. We get it you don’t want to be here but don’t punish your customers for it. Do better!!!
