Every time I get Starbucks they fill it all the way to the top with ice so you only get like 10 sips of actual drink. This morning I asked for light ice and as you can see in the picture it’s filled to the top. About $6 for about 1/4 cup of drink and 3/4 cup of ice. It’s 56° today btw!
This location is the best! Friendly staff and generous. Great customer service.
Bad attitude and coffee was bad not made properly
A terrible experience here. An incredibly rude lady works here. I came to redeem a birthday treat at this location, and she gave so much attitude and was rude, condescending, slow. I ended up canceling my order and went somewhere else.
Came to get a drink while shopping at Kroger and was "greeted" by a counterstaff (destiny) that didn't look like she wanted to work there. Extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. She also seemed more interested in her cellphone. Save yourself time and frustration and go to another spot to get a drink.
