I've stopped in here a few times and have always recieved good service. Drew and Sebastian in particular have been kind and accommodating, at least as accommodating as they're allowed to be. I've never gotten a drink or food item that wasn't acceptable, if not actually good. The actual location lacks a proper seating area, but it's to be expected from a small coffee station like this.
I don't drink coffee but what you need to do is hire a company called cappuccino Express for all your catering needs coffee breakfast everything
