Wonderful staff, they are all extremely kind and understanding, I asked for a staff member to surprise me with my drink and she offered to make me another if it wasn't to my liking, but it was great

Super helpful staff! Very friendly! I ordered on the app and it was ready when I arrived and made perfectly! We are visiting from out of town so it’s always hard to know the right locations to go to but this is a good one!!!

I ordered an Americano with steamed half n half. I also ordered my daughter a drink. Her drink was great. Mine was a dark roast brewed coffee not even hot, barely any cream in it at all. I was already back on the highway before I took a drink. It was not what I ordered. What's irritating is that the staff thinks they are fooling customers and also charging me for an Americano instead of an " old" regular brewed coffee because they were too lazy to make me what I ordered. Simple as that.
