I just had the most awkward and frankly a bit humiliating experience here, which is quite a bummer since I’ve been a patron of Starbucks for 20 years, have spent thousands of dollars and am a gold card holder (I promise I’m not bragging, just explaining why it was awkward). The Starbucks on North rangeline and South rangeline, and West 7th street, have all gotten my order correct and service was fast. Same for the Webb City Starbucks. Been to all 4 in the lasr 30 days.
Doesn’t answer there phones @430 when there open.
