I have tried this store several times and every single time their drinks are so watered down. People can’t even get a good decently made overpriced drink here but they’re quick to shove that tip machine right in your face.
I’m extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. As a deaf customer, I already struggle with communication at drive-thrus, but today was the final straw. The staff gave me attitude and refused to process my order unless I verbally said my name, even though I explained I cannot speak it clearly. I even watched them take orders from other customers without any issue, just not me. 20 min we sat in the drive thru line and didn’t even get to order. we left and so did other people behind us. it’s monday at 11:45 am, not 7am on a monday.
I just placed my order at the drive-thru and was treated very poorly. The young woman who took my order was rude and clearly didn’t want to help. If she was having a bad day, that’s not my fault — I was just placing my order. Not even at the worst-rated Starbucks have I ever been treated so badly.
