For the love of God get somebody else to take orders or train your order takers on customer service. I came here 7/10 at 11:10 and the lady who took my order was so dry and rude. Her attitude was absolutely atrocious. Get her into a new role. Update: after stating my order MULTIPLE times in the drive through, it was STILL wrong. I had it remade, lady apologized but I’m almost certain this is regular coffee not decaf like I stated. Exhausting
Literally the slowest Starbucks in the entire city. I went into the store to get a pick up order and sat there for 13 minutes while the drive-through was being served before me. I ordered two drinks one drink came out far before the other one did, and when the other one was ready, they just sat it on the counter until I asked if that was my order.
