The service was awful. I've never experienced this at a Starbucks before. I'll never go to this location again. I'd rather drive a little farther.
This is one of the slowest Starbucks stores in North Dallas. Even you put order in app and still have wait in the line for more 15+ minutes for get a simple cup a coffee and a bagel. The only positive thing is the location. Poor service and not sure what process they are running. It needs to change.
Ordered two hot teas, both teas had the tea bags busted open and tea leaves floating in our drinks. Where is quality control?
