Worse Starbucks ever!!! I ordered 2 coffee frap with brownie and banana bread. They don’t seem busy (maybe employees are fairly new I’m guessing). They said they were out of brownie so asked if I wanted something else, I picked a cookie and asked a refund of the difference between a brownie and a cookie. They came back and told me that if I want brownie and cookie. What?? placed a mobile order through the app and typically it takes max 10 minutes to get my order but I placed a 10 minutes before I got there arrived at the exact time. It was supposed to be ready. I got my food. It was cold and then proceeded to wait in line for 15 minutes for one Venti pink drink, and once he came out, he handed me the wrong drink twice and then took another five minutes before handing me another wrong drink before I left. Will not be coming back to this location
During the morning I saw inappropriate behavior by the store manager, Rebecca. I believe she would benefit from additional training on better communicating with customers and employees during stressful hours
I met 3 family members there for fall flavored coffees! They did s not disappoint, as always!! Everything was great! We were able to sit outside, take our time, talk and laugh and enjoy each other‘s company with some great coffee and breakfast!🎃
