I enjoyed my stay out of the brutal cold on this 1/1/2026 experience today. This morning a very kind barista shared a tasting with me, how kind!!
Slow service for a Sunday morning, it was like they were taking care of the drive through more than the customers in the store.
This Starbucks is great about taking care of the customer even when hopping busy.
I continue to try to love this starbucks, but I always feel ignored here. No greeting when I come in. On this particular visit, I had ordered ahead, and my drink was to be ready in 8-11 minutes. I waited about 15, went in and it wasnt done. I waited until it was 25 minutes after I ordered (they were busy and I could see that, thinking maybe that was the delay) nope they were "having problems with their online tickets bit coming through".
