I continue to try to love this starbucks, but I always feel ignored here. No greeting when I come in. On this particular visit, I had ordered ahead, and my drink was to be ready in 8-11 minutes. I waited about 15, went in and it wasnt done. I waited until it was 25 minutes after I ordered (they were busy and I could see that, thinking maybe that was the delay) nope they were "having problems with their online tickets bit coming through". Very clean and great service. If having a meeting there please note their music is a bit loud.
I enjoyed my stay out of the brutal cold on this 1/1/2026 experience today.
Unfortunately not a great visit. No one in line at the drive thru in front or behind me. Sat at the order kiosk with no one answering. So read the kiosk sign which says, "pull forward if you need assistance with your order," ok, i will since no one is answering at the kiosk. Get to the window where im greeted with a not so friendly worker. I asked if she was trying to speak to me at the kiosk bc I wasn't hearing anything, that's why I pulled forward.
