There were two girls behind the counter and I made eye contact with both, one was making drinks and the other was standing watching her. I’d expected her to to take my order, but it took her friends visiting to tell her “you gotta take her order first” and still then, the OTHER girl took my order after making the drinks. She was side eyeing me the entire time . I wonder if customer service brought up in training

I visited this Starbucks location and waited over an hour without receiving any service. There was a sign posted stating that the barista had stepped away and would return shortly, but no employee was available for well over an hour. During that time, multiple customers entered, waited, and eventually left without being helped. When the barista finally returned, she did not acknowledge me despite seeing that I had been waiting. I’ve been to a few different Starbucks but there’s this one old lady here that makes the BEST coffee! I didn’t get her name but I had her make my drink on three different days and it was the best drinks I’ve ever gotten at any Starbucks 🥹🥹🥹
