Big shoutout to Connor, Zoe & Mark for always going above and beyond—knowing your name and even your order before you say it. That kind of service is what keeps me coming back every time!
There were 4 people behind the counter discussing who was supposed to take the next customer, which happened to be me, standing there waiting to be acknowledged. Eventually, Alex, who took my order, was speaking to me while casually chewing on the nail of his thumb. He then proceeded to handle all the food items behind the counter after his hands had been in his mouth. The cafe is dirty. Trash and crumbs on the floor and on the tables. This place is definitely off-brand for a Starbucks.
Muchas gracias por la atención, los chica y el chico que me atendieron fueron de lo más amables y me dieron mi bebida gratis por mi cumpleaños, me hicieron muy feliz. Había ido a otro Starbucks que me trataron mal. Pero en definitiva este lugar me hicieron sentir muy cómoda.
