listen, this place is great 50-60% of the time- the drinks taste amazing, and i go here literally pretty much every. single. day. i only order one drink every time i go, a venti/grande matcha with whipped cream. sometimes i get it hot or cold depending on the weather, but i notice that almost every single time i order it hot, they don’t put whipped cream in it. i believe it’s because they don’t think ill find out- since the lid isn’t see-through. also, regardless of whether i get my drink hot or cold its a 50/50 chance it ge... read more
