Yesterday went to the location in the morning, the employee misheard my order and gave me the wrong drink. She wouldn’t change it and rather than address my concerns, she turned around to proceed to ignore my partner and I. Starbucks service has really taken a downturn. For the expensive price of their drinks, this is not acceptable
It was a bit disappointing when they would not allow me to receive my points off the app.
Nice atmosphere and service. It’s getting a bit pricy with $3 medium coffee.
