Generally all Starbucks I been to have Wonderful attitudes from the baristas and this one has poor customer service. The baristas always have an attitude towards the customer ordering. I usually have a wonderful experience at any other locations on how you make people feel welcoming but this one very bad energy. I don’t feel welcome here. Starbucks should have the same training for all employees no matter where you go. I generally like this starbucks and the people who work here but today I went in to ask them for a small cup of water for an injured bird outside the store on this 88° day. There were two young men working and one asked if I'd purchased anything. I told him no and it was for a sick bird. He then told me I need to make a purchase before they give me water and waited for me to actually make a purchase before he gave me a cup of water.
