I went through the drive-through where they switched the person taking my order who then wrote down a hot coffee instead of ice I told them at the window I had ordered an iced & they said to even fix it I had to get out of the drive-through, park and come inside…. after they screwed up???? I don’t really understand that and I’m that mad that I’m leaving a Google review lol wtf EDIT; My refund was to a Starbucks gift card and not my card and the real kicker is I just got home and looked at the refund receipt and it literally ... read more

Continues to not put a message on my drink. Only gives my guy friends messages. Sexist.
