This nice barista named Ashley ( don’t know if I spelled it right) was incredibly kind to me. It was my birthday and my app wasn’t working and I was getting really nervous and she still gave me my drink! She was so kind!
This location consistently gets things wrong. Drinks are ALWAYS off & the people at the location and company could care less!
I ordered a sugar-free matcha this morning for in-store pickup, but I was given a coffee instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until after I had already left the store. I also used my rewards for the matcha, but did not receive the correct drink—even though the label on my cup says “sugar-free matcha.” I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Love my drink. Staffs are always nice.
Place is very welcoming, service is great and is great with drive through orders. If you stop by the urgent care for a sore throat next to this location, ordering a warm or cold tea could help too.
