3 in a row they put oat milk instead of real milk. This last time I told the girl 3 different times but they still screwed up. When you spend over $5k a year and can't get basic stuff right that's not ok.

This nice barista named Ashley ( don’t know if I spelled it right) was incredibly kind to me. It was my birthday and my app wasn’t working and I was getting really nervous and she still gave me my drink! She was so kind!
This location consistently gets things wrong. Drinks are ALWAYS off & the people at the location and company could care less!
I ordered a sugar-free matcha this morning for in-store pickup, but I was given a coffee instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until after I had already left the store. I also used my rewards for the matcha, but did not receive the correct drink—even though the label on my cup says “sugar-free matcha.” I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
