Stopped by around 8am this morning to get a peppermint hot chocolate. Young lady serving me was very nice and efficient. She gave me great service.
I watched the barista stand there and space out for 3 whole minutes, while the other person was in the back. There were 4-5 other people waiting for their drinks and she did nothing in the time. Then i watched her pump the syrup for my drink, pour (way too much) milk and then she put my drink down and walked away. All it needed was ice. I used to work at a Starbucks.
