The closing barista is extremely rude. Definitely needs a course in speaking to people. Also how bad is the management if you keep running out of things. Not being able to make a mixed coffee at a Starbucks should be embarrassing.

I would like to give a shout out to Becca, who is working this early morning shift she is so polite and I seen her smile while dealing with rude customers not only that she always has my my order is ready. Keep it up Becca you are a special human. The world needs more people like you God bless.
Multiple times now we have ordered coffee from this location thinking that maybe it has improved. I’m not sure if the problem is reading and comprehension or just plain dumbness. Every single time our order is too sweet regardless of specific pumps instructions, the wrong order altogether and/or missing half the coffee amount for a grande. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
