There was a young girl who made my drink I ordered a mocha frap it was only me and my boyfriend ordering nobody else, she rushed making my order so she can get back on her phone my drink didn’t look anything like the picture I’ve been to so many locations and this the first one to ever disappoint me.

Is this supposed to be Dubai Chocolate Mocha? I was so excited to see new pistachio menu up. I asked the barista what it is made with, and she said pistachio foam with milk, coffee, and mocha syrup. So I ordered it, and it looks brown. A solid brown with whiteish on top. I asked her again and said I expected it to be green. And she said that's matcha.
