Michael is wonderful! They helped me figure out what I wanted and made sure it was exactly the way I liked it! (Everything was great, it is only 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit understaffed)
First off, this isn’t a real Starbucks. It’s a stand within the Kroger. Service was slow and they seemed annoyed at having to stop doing dishes to make drinks. Drinks were made poorly. From the taste of it they don’t clean the syrup pumps often and change them between flavors. My cold brew also tasted old and stale. Avoid this place.
Starbucks is like Starbucks as always!
I went to this Starbucks with my friends today and the line was already really long we considered leaving but stuck around anyway. The guy at the register was really nice but had no idea what he was doing. It took so long for us to get our drinks, We ordered four and they got two of them wrong. They over charged me and I wouldn't recommend going here. I'm not planing on going to this Starbucks location again and I really wish I could get my money back.
