We came here for a coffee date because I thought maybe they skipped him for not tipping. We got our drinks pretty quick but the food we ordered took 15 minutes and we had to ask MULTIPLE employees where it was while they served 5 or 6 other walk-in customers just like us. My boyfriend's drink was practically gone by the time we got the food, and both items we bought were classic Starbucks-mediocre (Pistachio Loaf and Cinnamon Pullapart). We won't be back. I come to this location often and the drinks are consistently good, but the drive thru experience is frustrating. I regularly have to ask multiple times for basic items like napkins, sleeves, stoppers, and drink carriers. Because of that, my drinks have spilled in my car more than once. These are simple things that should be included without having to ask, especially for hot or multiple drinks. Specifically requested EXTRA LIGHT ice in my drink, and get this instead 👎🏼 also pulled up to the drive through window the worker closed it so fast and waited there an oddly long time before someone finally came to assist
