I love coffee and I love this location and the way it feels inside. The staff are amazing and good at what they do. I like to sometimes ask for a suggestion of something to try new, and they are always up for the challenge. If it is available, you should try the pumpkin cold foam on something because it is delicious. During christmas, they have a danish called a sugar plum danish.That is also amazing.
Disappointing Experience at the Drive-Thru I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. The barista, a skinny girl, was extremely rude and clearly lacked customer service skills. She acted as if she were in charge, showing unnecessary attitude instead of being polite and professional. I don’t expect to be treated this way when I’m paying for a simple coffee. This experience has completely turned me away from Starbucks. I won’t be coming back.
