We visited this Starbucks with our young kids (5 and 6 years old), ordered several drinks, and even purchased some accessories. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. One of the employees asked our little girl to stop moving in her seat — not running around, just moving. As parents, we completely understand if a child is being disruptive or unsafe, but this felt unnecessarily harsh and lacking in empathy. It’s no surprise the store was practically empty.
