Awesome service and hospitality
I collect Starbucks mugs and found the last Florida one still in stock—super happy! But then: I accidentally left the bag behind while picking up my drink, and it was gone within minutes. I was honestly shocked and really upset. But then came Anna. She was incredibly kind and helpful—got me a refund and even checked the back to see if there was still one more mug left… and there was!
