Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. I had a screaming baby in the car so specifically was stopping somewhere that I could go through a drive-through quickly. We sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes. Even when it was finally our time to roll up to the window no one was there to help us for a few more minutes as they were doing other things inside. Location inside Chippenham Hospital…never has all what’s needed to make drinks, never have the sandwiches, usually completely out of everything, especially on weekends. Stay away if u can.
This is the place I go to for peace, relaxation, and great coffee. At this location, I feel like Norm in Cheers where everybody knows your name (ok, an 80s a d 90s reference). In a time when we long to belong and to connect with others, this a great place.
Why ask for tip if service is the slowest I’ve ever received? Literally waited at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. Ridiculous! I bet the people behind me were pissed off too!
Too much talking . No hello . Took for another customer to come in for her to acknowledgee, then I still was helped after the second customer to come in
