Why ask for tip if service is the slowest I’ve ever received? Literally waited at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. Ridiculous! I bet the people behind me were pissed off too!

While I understand the store was busy, I was not acknowledged when it was my turn, and when the employee returned, the interaction was dismissive—no eye contact and a minimal greeting. Immediately after, two customers behind me were greeted with enthusiasm and energy that I did not receive.
