The staff is very u friendly. The monotone male with glasses who answers the window doesn't even ask "how can I help you?" None of the staff says thank you or smiles. I ordered a green tea with a scoop of matcha added and they do not shake the matcha and leave a huge clump of powder at the bottom of the drink and I have to take it back to be remade.
Awesomeness awesome!!
