They mostly get order right but when they don’t, they more than make up for it! Good to the last drop.

I have been a Starbucks customer since like 2012, and every year in my birthday I get a free drink from Starbucks. This year, today 8/30, which is my 30th birthday…it is the very first time the barista did not honor the free drink after scanning the app, nor did she tell me how to redeem it, and didn’t even say Happy Birthday.
