Waited 25 minutes and the staff was very unpleasant. They are way understaffed and the on line orders seem to take priority
Used to be good but now it is just mediocre. Save yourself some heartache and drive up the street to a normal Starbucks store.
I love the Starbucks on Dixie- they know how to make a good coffee
Called in an order at the Food City location only to find out that a water main had broken. They graciously refunded my money, but I wonder why they couldn't have emailed me to prevent the drive? 🤷♀️
