Good coffee and staff. Still too expensive 🫰 I think 🤔
Not your typical Starbucks, barista, taking orders was very kind and friendly, however, the barista ending out your order made you feel like you were in Brooklyn and not New Orleans Orleans. Not expecting a warm greeting, but common manners, and a smile would go a long way. Atmosphere in the Starbucks was very bleak in the barista hand out. The food doesn’t help it.. Also plenty of table but none have access to power, don’t plan to plug-in and check emails or anything
Mykia took excellent care of us for our entire stay. Drinks were delicious and her customer service was outstanding!!!!!!
Coffee and refreshers are almost always perfect! But like this place has a big bullying problem from what my boyfriend and I hear when we come in. Good coffee! But so sad😢
This is a Starbucks inside a hotel that doesn't accept the traditional form of payment through the app, and the prices are much higher. If you order a tall coffee, they charge you for a grande, and when I pointed it out, they claimed that's just how it is at this store. I'd rather get ripped off for coffee somewhere else.
