Mykia took excellent care of us for our entire stay. Drinks were delicious and her customer service was outstanding!!!!!!
Coffee and refreshers are almost always perfect! But like this place has a big bullying problem from what my boyfriend and I hear when we come in. Good coffee! But so sad😢
This is a Starbucks inside a hotel that doesn't accept the traditional form of payment through the app, and the prices are much higher. If you order a tall coffee, they charge you for a grande, and when I pointed it out, they claimed that's just how it is at this store. I'd rather get ripped off for coffee somewhere else.
This is literally the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. I stop here on my way to work and the entire team needs to be retrained on making the drinks because they always taste so incredibly bitter. Even when you add your flavoring options they won’t add the classic syrup to make the drink taste like they do at all of the other locations. Stopped here today and not only did they get my simple order wrong, but I watched the barista just add ice, milk, and chocolate sauce as his interpretation of a mocha frappe. I lite... read more
