This was the worse service I have ever had at a SB. People were waiting over 20 minutes for drinks and I only had an iced tea! Those that did a mobile order it wasn’t even ready and there was only 2 mobile orders. There were 6 employees, no line to order and they were talking, eating the cookies you buy at SB and getting angry at the customers as people started asking about their drinks. Probably 20 people waiting! Patience is one thing, but so is efficiency and caring about the job you’re doing! This was an awful Starbucks!
