Took forever just to get my order wrong. This happens a lot at this one. Just drive down to the one on lakeview parkway instead.
The baristas at this location are always so kind and make my drinks perfectly.
I have visited three times and the staff is very friendly. They are efficient aa well. The manager helped me carry my order to my vehicle. Everyone is friendly ...One visit through the drive thru I forgot my card at home to pay and the employee said we will take care of it today. I was like WOW
I'm tired of ordering a Grande and getting served a tall in my Grande cup. Starbucks in Tom Thumb off of 66 and Dalrock is notorious for doing this. Warning to all future customers to check their cups before leaving.
There was no one in line, i ordered a whote mocha, when I got halfway through my large drink while I shipped. We decided to merge my left over white my husband's drip coffee, when doing so, we discovered a nasty loogy? I'm disgusted... what did I do to get this besides ordering a beverage when she was chilling on her phone. Regrets.
