I love this Starbucks! Everyone is super friendly and the coffee is always yummy! Please educate all your employees on the correct way to hand out a stopper. They should never touch the end that actually goes in the coffee, especially after they have been handling money.
This is literally the worst location I’ve ever been to- if you love being treated like you are the scum of the earth you will love it here. Plenty of snooty ordering! First try there I went in, was the only one there and the gal made me wait over 5 minutes to order while she did her paperwork. The 2nd time I was told they couldn’t take a $50 bill so I couldn’t order my drinks unless I bought gift cards. Spent 30 minutes waiting for one of our drinks and no one acknowledging us. No one looked at us or talked to us. Then even when giving us our last drink wouldn’t look at us. Won’t be returning.
Terrible third-party delivery policy. Can’t Pick up orders through the drive-thru while other Starbucks are fine with it. Not to mention with it being cold and snowing you’d expect the the business to allow for a delivery driver to go through the drive-thru. But it would have been fine going in and grabbing the order, but the drive thru can only let one car go through it! But there are three cars in front and not enough room to pass the other cars and exit! Wasting time, fuel, and money since delivery isn’t hourly. Terrible ... read more
