The young I ordered 2 matcha’s on the app.each with 1 pump. When I arrived one of the matcha’s had 2 pumps of vanilla sweet cream. When I brought it to the young barista with brown hair and glasses she insisted that she didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried to explain I didn’t want the flavored drink she said we don’t have anything to do with mobile orders and would not remake the drink. I ended up purchasing the drink I wanted. It was surprising to experience such poor service at a Starbucks.
this location is my favorite one! they are quick and the staff is always kind. especially riley!!
The drinja were 3/4 full ..first time that ever happens.
