I watched the staff hand out the wrong drinks multiple times in a row. Terrible service.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Genna, Starbucks is lucky to have her as an employee. Genna went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I also want to give a shout out to Haley and Kristen for being so sweet and personable to me. Starbucks is very lucky to have all of you and thank you because you made my day so much better.
this starbucks has actually gone so downhill they don’t mark things when they’re out of it then tell you to call to get a refund and then don’t answer the phone then today i waited 20 minutes for my mobile order and then she comes to the window and says did you have a mobile order well my drink is there melted i don’t even know how this location is open
