The last couple months I’ve gotten drinks from this location, they haven’t been made right or not filled like how they’re supposed to be. I only ever order simple drinks off the menu too. The new employees definitely need more proper training.
Still can't get a simple drink right!
I watched the staff hand out the wrong drinks multiple times in a row. Terrible service.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Genna, Starbucks is lucky to have her as an employee. Genna went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I also want to give a shout out to Haley and Kristen for being so sweet and personable to me. Starbucks is very lucky to have all of you and thank you because you made my day so much better.
