Nice people. They either can’t or don’t care to get an order right. They use the wrong lids for a drink carrier and have the drink spill all over my vehicle, multiple times. The store gives different food items than you order. If you get one thing it’s fine you can correct their mistake. It’s hard to check every single item for a large order. I come to this location atleast 5-6 times a week and majority of the time I’m disappointed. I always get iced caramel macchiato with extra Caramel. Again tonight another drink with not even a tablespoon of caramel. It ruined the entire drink to hardly have one of the major ingredients and to ask for extra and barely get anything is annoying when paying almost $7 a drink. It’s basically a glass of milk which I can make at home. Don’t even line the cup. Just a few drops on the bottom.
