I typically don’t write reviews often, but this felt necessary. I go to this location in new Lenox because it is fast pace. I go through drive thru usually before work to get drinks in the morning around 10. The employees are always nice and welcoming. However, the young man that took my order and helped me at the window was on another level rude. I order two drinks today, an ice chai tea and an iced vanilla latte. I used to come to this location 2-3 times a day, but the overall atmosphere of this location is different than any other. A lot of the baristas are just very rude and the manager is terrible. She doesn’t care one bit about her customers. She is the only location that will not do a substitution on the base, even though the base is the exact same price. It makes no sense. It’s such a shame.
