My food and drinks were ready in a timely manner, but when I asked what the sample tasting drinks were, the employee rudely said what they were and didn’t even offer them. I didn’t ask just for fun and samples are out for guests to sample them. Either put them out further so we can grab them or don’t have them out or hire friendlier staff that actually serve them.
I love coming to this location I never gave anywhere else for my Venti Hot White Mocha with soy milk no whip. I always get 2 and for some reason the lids and cups don’t stay on for anything I went pick them up and grab from the middle of the cup. And the lids popped off and I ended up wearing one and then I The other one the lady came off. so one lid is in my car seat And the other one is on me, doesn’t feel pretty when I got hot coffee all over me. I have been coming to this starbucks for the last 4 months around the same time every night. All the employees are nice, kind and respectful, except JOYCE. She doesn't follow the customers order correctly. She makes the drink that she want you to have and not what you order. She doesn't follow directions well and her attitude is not fit for this company. She is the only one that makes my drinks wrong, then catches an attitude when you ask someone else to make it.
