I always want to give this location another chance because I think the next time will be different but it never is. The drive thru always takes 15-20 minutes to get through and if you order ahead the pick-up time is anywhere from 10-30 minutes. The people are super nice, but it’s not the location you want to go to if you’re on a schedule. It can also become very overwhelming with how crowded the parking lot can get (it has maybe 20 parking spaces and that’s being generous) with no additional exits.
Noelle was who cashed us out and I asked her for a cup of water for my son’s bottle to heat it up. She just had a very nice personality and her interaction was great. This may not support the location in a hole, we have not got our drinks yet but while waiting I wanted to applaud Noelle and shout her out positively!
Made drink wrong twice I asked for no lemonade and received lemonade and they were sassy about me sending it back when they messed it up. And my drink still have lemonade in it.
Super friendly baristas and they were able to make me a really good strawberry matcha! 😎 🍓
