Went through the drive through today and was greeted at the speaker with a kind and excited voice and we went up to the window and the girl was sooo sweet. We got our food really fast and it was refreshing to be spoken to kindly in a world where many fast food employees are not very kind. She really put a smile on my face today 😊
My fave Starbucks because of the messages they write on the cups. Today mine said Just Keep Going
I always have a good experience at Starbucks but the employees at this location are rude. Came to treat myself after a rough hospital trip and was met with snappy attitude for no real reason. Ruined my already really rough day
Came through the drive through and Crystal was the voice on the other end. She was so personable and friendly. She made the experience so positive and engaging. She made small talk and jokes and really made you feel like you were her only customer and it was during a time the drive through was extremely busy and the wait time was very long. I will definitely be returning and it’s because of her!
