They were closing early for some reason and kicked me out, but nicely.
I waited in line for 15+ mins with only 3 cars ahead of me today. I was patient because I figured they were short-staffed. When I pulled up to the window the cashier did not apologize for the wait and was not friendly and actually pretty rude. She said she would be right back with my drink. 5 mins later I’m still waiting and the entire time she was talking to her coworker and in no hurry. Service here is TERRIBLE if you order ahead. ALWAYS some excuse why I stand there for 10 minutes while people who order WHILE I'M WAITING received their orders 5-10 MINUTES before I do. And I don't mean 1 or 2 people today it was 5 that arrived in the 15 minutes I waited. AND then my order was WRONG and it was the MANAGER that packed it while making excuses on why I didn't feel valued as a customer. We're busy, low staff etc..There were 9 PEOPLE and as I said 5 walk-ins received theirs first.
