The drink I received was completely different from what I ordered. I asked to have the milk foam replaced or to have a new drink made. She rolled her eyes at me and had a terrible attitude!
I usually never go to this location but I was in the area and wanted to try it, when I came in no one even acknowledged me as I stood by the register, for 5 MINUTES! I guess they only care about the drive through at this location. And when someone came over to help me with a “what do you want” they told me they were out of the one thing I wanted. Never left a Starbucks this upset before, definitely won’t be returning, will stay to my usual Starbucks!!!

I don’t know what’s going on with the gingerbread syrup this season but it’s not good. Either the new syrup is completely flavorless or the barista consistently forgets to put the syrup in my latte all together. It always just taste like coffee and oat milk. I’ve gotten cortados, americanos & lattes and none of them ever taste like gingerbread when I order them. I've come here many times to get work done. One time, my car wouldn't start and the manager Harry came out to jump my car so it would start. This is one of the best Starbucks in the area and I so appreciate the kindness of the employees, specifically Harry for helping me get my car started. Thank you!
