Someone save Jill from the drive thru window, she’s clearly very miserable.
When I see the negative reviews about service at this location, I'm wondering if people are viewing the wrong store. Every single employee with which I have had a pleasure to have had any interaction should be the template for any current or new Starbucks employees in training. The drink I received was completely different from what I ordered. I asked to have the milk foam replaced or to have a new drink made. She rolled her eyes at me and had a terrible attitude!
I usually never go to this location but I was in the area and wanted to try it, when I came in no one even acknowledged me as I stood by the register, for 5 MINUTES! I guess they only care about the drive through at this location. And when someone came over to help me with a “what do you want” they told me they were out of the one thing I wanted. Never left a Starbucks this upset before, definitely won’t be returning, will stay to my usual Starbucks!!!
