This was my first visit to this Starbucks while visiting North Carolina, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch and a ham and Swiss croissant. The croissant was great, but after I had already started drinking my beverage, I discovered a long hair inside the cup. By that point, I was more than halfway back to my mom’s house, which is about 25 minutes from this location, so turning around and driving nearly 20 minutes back wasn’t reasonable.
