As a whole, Starbucks has bad tasting coffee and treat workers poorly. There are so many local coffe places, why are you giving your money to billionaires in exchange for bad products?
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Starbucks this morning. The manager, Kayla, was shockingly rude and unnecessarily aggressive over a minor issue. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I've never been treated this poorly at a Starbucks before. This location seriously needs to reconsider what it means to offer "customer service."
