had an extremely weird experience in this Starbucks this morning. this guy with a hat and an orange shirt kept looking over at me about 20 times. then he started turning his head halfway to me and just stared at the staff area with me well in his view. I wondered if the staff saw what was happening at all. I absolutely love this location. It is my favorite; I even make it a point to go out of my way just to drive to this Starbucks. I love Franklin and the area it’s in. The service is always great. I’ve never had an issue with my coffees in fact I think they make them better than any other Starbucks. The barista’s are always so nice and friendly. The wait isn’t long at all even with a long line. Just overall a great Starbucks!
I am glad I don't live in Franklin because the Starbucks is incompetent
