Some baristas display a clear lack of courtesy, omitting smiles or responses to a thank-you note. This occurs during every visit I make there. Occasionally I observe the baristas before placing an order. Their conduct suggests indifference toward customers. I am glad they now allow ordering drinks through the app, so we do not need to speak with them.
They are rude like a stupidly
Drive through experience. The person talking the order mumbled. The person giving us the order handed us a hot drink with no sleeve. Had to ask for it. What's up with that?
