Drive through experience. The person talking the order mumbled. The person giving us the order handed us a hot drink with no sleeve. Had to ask for it. What's up with that?
Went in for a coffee, just to be told that I couldn’t be serviced because there’s only one cashier, barista, everything in there and she was currently on break.

I ordered a matcha latte today at 12:50 during lunch. I walked out because I need to go back to work so I couldn’t complain on the spot. The latte was made was hot water and matcha powder, not hot milk!
