Came in today and the older lady working was treating the younger new hire horribly. She also talked to me very rude and snappy while the younger girl was so nice i felt so bad. The way she was talking to her & everyone was just unacceptable for a business, just bullying. The younger staff looked so overwhelmed & the older lady looks miserable. Drink was ok but the staff needs to be replaced immediately, especially the rude older woman!
I came here to pick up a mobile order and when I received my items, my mocha frappucino had chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream which I didn't request. I kindly asked the barista "Martie" to please remove the whipped cream with the syrup and put new one without the syrup. She very rudely with hand gestures gave me an attitude and told me "next time when you order, order it that way". I came here today to get a coffee and I loved my time here! Service was great and coffee was delicious! Will be back again!
Lovely staff! The barista was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. It is inside the Ralph’s so it was nice getting a espresso drink to wake me up a bit prior to my morning shopping.
