I came here to pick up a mobile order and when I received my items, my mocha frappucino had chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream which I didn't request. I kindly asked the barista "Martie" to please remove the whipped cream with the syrup and put new one without the syrup. She very rudely with hand gestures gave me an attitude and told me "next time when you order, order it that way". I came here today to get a coffee and I loved my time here! Service was great and coffee was delicious! Will be back again!
Lovely staff! The barista was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. It is inside the Ralph’s so it was nice getting a espresso drink to wake me up a bit prior to my morning shopping.
At the drive-thru I asked the girl to throw away an empty plastic cup for me and she snarled. "No" No explanation, didn't politely say "Sorry. I can't do that". I asked why they don't have any garbage cans outside where we can throw things away and she snarled again. " I just work here." There was no need for her response or reaction. All she had to do was politely say no. I can't do that and it would have been fine. Instead I will never go here again and it's my neighborhood Starbucks.
