This Starbucks at Brooker Creek cheats you. Two weeks in a row we ordered (2) Tall Hot Green Tea Lattes at the Drive Thru. One cup is full, the other is just over half full. It appears they're too lazy to make two separate drinks in their container like Starbucks always has. We will never return to this location.
This is the worst Starbucks in the area. 2 Cars in the drive thru? 20 minute wait. 3 cars? 20 minute wait. 5 cars? 20 minute wait. If you think about coming here during peak hours forget about it.... I don't understand how a drive thru line moves SO SLOWLY with very few cars in it.
I am a frequent customer of this location and my drinks Are always made promptly and the staff appears To be putting forth a great deal of effort anytime there is a crowd. Thanks to these fine people
