Brian Niccol (ceo) you can turn around the business if you start listening to customers. The service at Bootranch is awful. Out of three employees, not ONE "barista" knew the grinder had a dial to adjust for ground size. Then they were annoyed with me for asking to adjust the dial before grinding my two bags of coffee. THEN the blond girl disappeared into the back room with my open ground coffee. When i wrote and asked for replacement , Mija, said no. There were also flies on the food. Goth lady at desk was extremely rude & scary. Denied us service refused to look at us for 10 min so she could say they were closed
