I order 2 larger drinks takes them over 10 minutes to order over 20 minutes to make and the gave me a small.. said I was charged for a small. Didn’t make it right. Told me I can get back in line. I wouldn’t have paid for 2 extra pumps in a small.. now the entire drink taste like crap. Thanks for ruining my day. Won’t be back
I wanted to give a big shout out to Milliee, last week I came on and ask for something and she help guide me to get what I was looking for. It was so good I came back today and told her thank you and order it again. She’s is definitely an incredible worker keep it up.
Everytime my family is in allenpark area, we make sure to come to this location! The team is BUSY like other starbucks but to see them handle overly difficult customers and still give you great service is something I will never forget. Thank you and keep shining your lights!! God bless 🙏
