I arrived 42 minutes before you close. Kayleigh took my order like an absolute slob. She had me wait while she did her side work first before taking my order. The. She proceeded to mop the floor before making my drinks. She didn’t wash her hands between the mop and putting her hands in the ice to make my drink. Do your employees understand health laws?
Employees are rude and they make up their own hours. Kaley closed early tonight because she felt like counting down her drawer early. She informed me of this after she took her earbuds out to actually communicate with me, the customer. I asked what her managers name was and she put her earbuds back in and walked off. Typical disgruntled Louisiana employee 🙄
