The staff are friendly and attentive.
I guess they don't put soap in the bathrooms anymore? Not even a dispenser?? 2nd time? I'm looking around - where's the soap? do the employees wash their hands before returning to work??
I love Starbucks but this is the absolute worst Starbucks location I have ever came across. They lost so much business this morning alone due to not having any items the customers were requesting. It seems this is always an issue. I ordered via mobile app, they charged me for all my items and when we arrive, we were rudely informed by Ethan that the items were not in stock and that he could not supply a gift card. My wife and friend had the Caramel Iced Protein Green Macha Tea (Grande), which both had so much ice the drink itself was likely 1/4 of the cup. I had the Vanilla Protein Latte (Venti), which was excellent. I wood have given 5 stars if the ratio of Macha vs Ice was more realistic, like half-n-half, or better yet 1/4 ice and 3/4 Macha tea. I recommend shaking the Macha tea in a separate ice container (to chill it) then pour it into the cup with 1/2 or less ice, but I doubt Starbucks will incorporate any recommendations from a... read more
I work at the Starbucks right next to them, we close at 9. This is isn't the first time, I had pulled through the drive through an hour before they closed for not three not two but for one drink and I seen people inside. Why are we having our windows and doors locked at 8? It's unfortunate, because the other Starbucks including this one closes at 9. (A photo of their window closed and the time stamp)
