High Five to Jane!! I stopped at a Cape Coral location along my way this morning. I ordered an iced coffee with a couple of modifications. I asked for whipped topping and didn't receive any. I found this location and explained my situation. Jane gave me some whipped cream to add to my cup. I appreciate your store's willingness to correct another's mistake. Jane, thank you for your awesome customer service.
It was the most horrible experience I ever had. Waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru.
So picture this you stop for a coffee on your way to work spend 10 dollars which is a lot for a coffee but I pay it cause I love Starbucks you start your drive to work take a sip of your very expensive coffee and it tastes like garbage you stop at the next Starbucks and ask if they can remake for you. “No sorry it’s in our policy we can’t do that anymore” they are a corporate chain what do you mean you want to recharge me for a coffee I bought from Starbucks not even 10 minutes ago. Visited around 4:15 on Wed the 2nd of July. Meeting a colleague there. Ordered a hot green tea. I am not a regular guest of Starbucks just to share. As I ordered, the lady at counter was finishing up with another guest but turns out, I think it may have been her girlfriend cause the employee asked to taste the customers drink at the counter.
