Ordered the Dubai drink got laughed at for ordering it then they didn’t even make it and acted like they forgot when I was the only one there when I got my drink it was just matcha I ask about it and they said the chocolate is in it and laughed when I asked for another one it was a very weird experience so I just walked away bc idk what was funny about it they where like 16 yr old kids and one adult manager who obviously didn’t care
It seems like the only people working here’s are trainees. Absolutely no manager or more experienced employee in sight. The past two times I’ve came here it took 15 & 20+ minutes to get my drink. No way to get a refund either.. whatever
The rudest two teenage girls . Honestly think this is the worst I’ve been treated at a Starbucks.
Not sure how you guys do the hiring process, but you all have some of the rudest employees working at this Starbucks.
