Very bad macha tea.mscha powder itself mixed with milk powder and it melts in water 100*%. It gave me stomach pain.

I ordered an iced macchiato (the classic unsweetened version) and was given an iced caramel macchiato instead. When I went back to clarify, I explained that I can’t tolerate flavored syrups and specifically wanted the plain iced macchiato. Unfortunately, the staff insisted that iced macchiatos always include syrup, which is incorrect — the classic iced espresso macchiato does not. On Saturday morning around 8:30, I arrived at the branch. After hiding in line for a few minutes, I said hello and good afternoon to the clerk and told him I had a pickup order, but the clerk told me very harshly that I would have to wait. I told the clerk that you didn't even say hello to me and that you were very rude. He treated me like that because I was delivering a package.
