The early morning team excels at providing excellent drinks and prompt service. Additionally, they are very welcoming and eager to greet you in the morning.
Extremely disappointed to pay for a Venti and receive it only half full. When I questioned the staff, I was told this is how they are "instructed" to make it. Extremely poor customer experience and unacceptable value. I always order this drink from other locations nobody ever made me half drink like that.
This starbucks can't get your order right. Customer service is not there. A welcoming smile and acknowledgement of order is all that's needed.
Wednesday around 5 PM, the girl working there was not friendly at all. I asked her if she had gotten the name for the order, and she didn’t even look at me. She just said,I have more than 20 I understand that it can be busy, but this is your job, and you should still know how to speak to customers respectfully. She was very rude. Please hire people who know how to communicate properly with customers.
