Great iced flavored coffee!
The absolute rudest employees, especially Katie. Treated me horribly when I was nothing but polite to her. Will never be back. I hope her life get better.
Ordering process was fine, staff was nice. Order was wrong. Ordered emperor's cloud hot tea, which is a green tea, and received English breakfast, a black tea. This has happened to me many times at multiple locations because people can't take 10 extra seconds to confirm they have the right tea bag. I get that the colors on the bag tag are similar but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell the emperor's cloud and English breakfast tags are still different.
