Went in and kindly asked "TJ" if my 5yr old son can use the restroom. I said, "Excuse me sir, do you mind if my son uses the restroom real quick?" TJ's response was.. "do you mind purchasing something?" That was very customer service like, being sarcastic ofcourse. I would like for this to reach not just the manager of the store but also corporate. The response could have been more professional. I expected better. He needs to be talked to and trained on his customer service.
Always consistent and almost always great service. Staff is friendly and the coffee is addicting of course. Food is pretty good too.
Friendly baristas and yummy coffee drinks. It’s probably to save a landfill and the company $$ but a sleeve should be included with all the hot drinks. There is plenty of parking if you are willing to take a few extra steps.
