This is the second time I go to the Starbucks and they always give me the wrong size I always ask for a venti and they they always give me a grande it's ridiculous they need to work under customer service more
Unfortunately they can’t follow simple directions, and they are lazy . Went in the drive thru I ordered a matcha frap . Almond milk , esspresso shot in the bottom and whip cream . They gave it to me blended and the cashier said it’s just like that . Mind you I always order the same thing so I know the exact taste and look . Eventually after me saying it several times.
