The manager lady here was so rude! I went in to get a cup of water to take my pills. I spend approximately $50.00/month at Starbucks and she REFUSED to give me a cup of water unless I bought something! That is ridiculous! I told her I’m a regular customer in San Marino, and I actually have 297 bonus points and I showed my Starbucks app with my transaction history. August has over $50.00 purchases. The employees here are so nice!
I dropped in to get a glass of ice water and was informed that they were no longer providing that service. Everyone doesn't want something sweet to quench their thirst so that's a terrible change in policy!
