Had just what I needed
I went in 2 get the Winter cup they said I could not use my phone # i went back to my car to get actual phone then when I got back in line the other person said I had a Starbucks card & didnt need to go back to my car for phone with the app then they said they could not give me my Coffee IN the free mug I was about to walk out AGAIN to get my other mug from the car when they said they would make an exception. No wonder I barely everrrrrr go to Starbucks anymore!
