Very bad service here. I go to this location as it's on my way home, but now will drive a few miles more to go to a different Starbucks that I know is good. After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes total, they got my order wrong 3 times. - 1st time: Ordered a strawberry refresher with no ice and no strawberry inclusions. I had a poor customer service experience at this Starbucks drive through, today. As a treat for the staff, we were buying drinks to take to my wife's nail salon. We do this every couple months. The last time we did so, we were shorted one drink. We only found about this,when we got the order for today. These orders are typically for 8 drinks, around $45.
