Yahir and Mackenzie were so friendly and wonderful employees, they were really kind to me and my dad! (give them a raise)
The workers are not very friendly. I went up to the counter and asked for a grande iced black tea with 5 pumps of classic syrup, the cashier just stood there. I asked again and they typed it in. I got my drink and it had 3 pumps of classic and was a tall. I just let it go because I understand mistakes happen and they could be having a bad day. Then I asked for a straw and a different worker came up and basically threw the straw at me and walked away.
We go to this Starbucks all the time, the drive through is quick, the staff has always been nice and helpful, and it’s always clean.
