I don’t remember the names of the ladies who helped me with my order on 5/7/26 at 10:36am. Thank you so much ladies for your kindness and patience with my mistake in ordering. You could have easily made me feel stupid at that time but you instead made me feel understood. I will be back for sure!
In all the years I have gone to Starbucks not once have they gotten my coffee order right. It happened again today. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte. I wanted it warm not hot. I got coffee with cream, hot. This is why I am switching to Dutch Bros. They always get my order right, And they have different sugar free flavors.
This is one of the most underrated Starbucks ive ever been to. Super chill, polite and friendly staff. Good parking. Clean store. Well done!
