I ordered a caffè latte with two extra shots of espresso but forgot to ask for ice. When I received the hot coffee, I only wanted to add some ice to it, but the staff insisted on making me a new iced version instead. However, it was obvious they just reused the old coffee grounds to brew the new cup, so it wasn't actually a proper coffee with 4 espresso shots like it should have been.
